Talay (167 villas) sits at the heart of the destination along a landscaped green spine of shaded gathering places. Talay Beach (184 villas) lies closer to the shoreline, with convenient access to Marsa Al Saadiyat's 5.6 km of natural beaches.
Every villa is a standalone home with a private backyard, expansive layouts and direct access to the wider destination's beaches, marina and promenade as they complete.
