The Final Phase of Saadiyat Island

A Harbour of Culture, Marina & Sea

Marsa Al Saadiyat is a transformative waterfront destination launched by His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, with a total development value of AED 100 billion. Renamed from the Saadiyat Marina District at launch, its new name honours the UAE's maritime heritage — marsa, the Arabic word for harbour.

Anchored by Abu Dhabi's largest marina — up to 350 yachts and sailing boats — the destination unites private mansions, luxury villas, waterfront apartments and branded residences with two luxury hotels, a yacht club, three schools and a one-kilometre retail promenade.

Aldar Properties, the capital's largest listed developer, is master developer — and the first homes arrive in H2 2026.
