The Island That Outperforms
Saadiyat Island isn't a promise — it's a proven market. Demand here has consistently exceeded supply, and the numbers tell the story.
Abu Dhabi closed 2025 with a record AED 164 billion in property sales. Aldar posted its highest-ever annual sales of AED 40.6 billion, with 77% of UAE sales going to overseas and expatriate buyers — and Saadiyat Island at the very centre of that demand.
